Yes, we are open 24 hours per day and seven days per week.

Are there any height or vehicle size restrictions?

If your vehicle fits in a standard parking stall like you might find at the mall, then you should not have any problems. If your vehicle is oversized or has a trailer attached please contact the local manager to discuss possible accommodations.

What are your rates?

We offer a flat daily rate of $7.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and cash.

How often do your shuttles run?

Our complimentary shuttles run every fifteen minutes during peak travel periods.

How much time should I allot for checking-in at Mega Parking and being transported to the airport?

Please allow 10-15 minutes in addition to the time allotted for checking in at the airport.

Will the driver assist me with luggage?

Our drivers will assist you with luggage from your vehicle to the shuttle and vice versa.

Is there a restriction on the size or weight of my luggage?

There is no restriction on the weight of your luggage, but for safety reasons we ask that you assist the driver with any luggage that exceeds 25lbs.

Will I need to bring a car seat for my child?

No, our shuttle is a vehicle type that is exempt from seat belt and car seat laws.

Where/how do I catch your shuttle when returning from my trip?

Once you arrive at LAX, collect your baggage and exit baggage claim. Proceed to cross over to the middle island, locate the red sign that reads ‘Hotel & Courtesy Shuttle’ and stand under the sign. Please note that you must stand under the red sign in the middle island as our shuttles do not have the authorization to pick up guests from the inside curb.
